The comfort and convenience of your accommodation goes a long way to determine your holiday success. Whether you are eyeing a 5-star room on your Tenerife holiday, or you are operating on a shoestring budget, you’ll want to get the most for your money and whatever is right for you. In Tenerife, you’ll have a bevy of places to choose from. It is an island teeming with resorts. It is hard to go wrong on an island that thrives on tourist expertise, and the selection of Tenerife hotels and resorts is awesome!

Playa de las Americas is a bustling resort district in the south of Tenerife between Arona and Adeje. With a host of bars, nightclubs, and shops, it is one of the most popular centers of nightlife on the island. Within the resort, there are several options for accommodation. The Hotel Sir Anthony, an upscale hotel geared toward adults, boasts a sophisticated modern décor and an ideal beachfront location. It is a 5 star facility and you will pay a five star price, but if you’re looking for quiet luxury, you’ll get your money’s worth here. A far cheaper alternative that is great for families is Iberostar Las Dalias Hotel, which is also located in Playa de las Americas. It has a multi-functional sports area, and a game room that is kid-friendly.

Another popular resort hub is Los Cristianos , and this is located on the Tenerifan south coast in Arona. Before its conversion into a popular tourist spot, Los Cristianos was a small fishing village in a harbor that still exists today. It caters to an older crowd than Playa de las Americas, but the selection of restaurants, bars, and shops is also vast. Hotels here are plentiful and suited to any budget. On the high end, there is the Regency Country Club. The Mediterranean décor is casual but refined, and the pool deck looks out over the Atlantic Ocean. For travelers on tighter budgets, the Arona Gran Hotel is a solid choice, but the rooms are smaller.

In Tenerife, it is unlikely you’ll spend much time in your hotel room. The climate is warm and dry, and the beaches are irresistible. But an accommodation is more than a bed. It is about pools, tennis courts, restaurants, and more. That is why it is important to research the Tenerife hotels and resorts and find something that fits your budget and your style.
